These Terms & Conditions govern the use of decollinsbidtourism.com and all reservations, visa assistance requests, insurance enquiries, and experience bookings processed through our platform.
“Platform” refers to the booking and information website operated from Dubai, UAE. “Client” means the end user making a reservation or submitting a request. “Experience” means any tour, activity, or service offered.
Each experience features its own cancellation window. Requests outside the allowable window may not be refunded. Refunds (where applicable) are returned to the original payment method.
Processing times are estimates and subject to government or insurer review. Submission of inaccurate data may cause delays or rejection.
Participants must follow guide instructions. We reserve the right to remove individuals for unsafe or disruptive behaviour without refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law we disclaim indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and only shared with suppliers essential to fulfilling your booking.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
